Creating a web page for this is a great idea - foreclosures are going to be “popular” for the next few years (at least) and developing a lead list of potential buyers could prove priceless. Some services that offer lists of foreclosures require some type of payment - unfortunately.
How do you come by a list of foreclosures? I’ve been wondering for some time.
@ Jayson- All of the foreclosures I’m sending out are from the MLS. Our MLS just added the Bank Owned category.
Same here also, I get it from my MLS feed.
We just added a field for foreclosures in our MLS. Since we are seeing more foreclosures teh change made sense.
It woould be nice if somehow the idx solutions made it possible for consumers to do self-directed foreclosure searches. Foreclosures can be a lot of work for all involved, so that more we can empower the consumer to do some of their homework the better. Anyway, it’s great to see people finding creative ways to get consumers info. about these properties - this is what people want right now.
This is a great resource for anyone looking for a great deal on homes. It is a great time to buy if you have the money to spend.
This is a very good idea. You have done a great job by incorporating such a nice feature that will be a lot more helpful for buyers looking for foreclosure homes that meet their criteria. That is something very tech and would definitely serve a purpose in the long run.

This is a great value-added service for clients/prospects. I have something like this also and always get very positive feedback from it and it’s not even very time consuming to setup. kudos to you on being proactive!
