@abe, I’ll change the term to “easy access to downtown Bend” or something simular. It is relatively close, but you’re right. It is a very short drive to downtown though- OB Riley to 3rd, to Division and your downtown in 5 minutes or so.
I like the living room I would say that this house have the same face of my dream house . The living room is its greatest attraction.

Looks like a very nice house and well worth it’s price. A view of trees rather than houses sounds like a great perk!
I love the flooring in the living room. It looks kind of like bamboo, which we use a lot here in Hawaii. I used to live in Oregon when I was a little kid, and when I see pics like these it makes me miss it.
I can’t believe what you can get in OR for $250k. That would be like a studio apartment here, not even a 1 bedroom. If you had this same house in Hawaii it would be like $900k.
That looks awesome. The home looks really very beautiful and the picture is great. The interiors look amazingly charming and I wish I could have one of those. Overall a very nice listing and it really deserves the price $234,900.
