New Sunriver Real Estate Office
Prudential Northwest Properties has expanded! We now have an office in Sunriver. Upon the closing of Coldwell Banker First Resort Realty, Prudential Northwest Properties acquired several new agents and a great location in Sunriver.
Prudential Northwest Properties is located in the Sunriver mall, building 9. The office is co-located with Discover Sunriver Vacation Rentals. About 14 agents came aboard from Coldwell Banker First Resort. Prudential NW Properties now has offices in Bend, Redmond, Prineville, and Sunriver.
In these times of uncertainty, Prudential Northwest Properties has proved to me and the public that they are in the real estate business for the long haul, and so am I!

Where is exactly is Sunrise located Dylan? I imagine that it is located down near Bend, but I not really familiar with the area.

It’s Sunriver. It’s located just south of Bend. It’s a big tourist destination with golf, fishing, boating, and skiing.
Sorry Dylan. I’m such a jerk. I completely misread Sunriver. In either case, I hadn’t heard of the place. Thanks for filling me in. A friend of mine is actually going to be doing his DR residency down in that area. My girlfriend and I might have to stop by on our way through.

Excellent website! and also I liked the way all the information is put together. Each and every details is taken care of very beautifully. With today’s economy no one is really thinking of these things at all. Everyone is busy with building a plan on how to get the apartments rented, how to sell the houses. Because all the pockets are empty and hungry! This is also very important I think as this will make a good impression on clients. But the market is picking up and this is a good news that new offices are opening up. We really want to hear good news from all over. Good luck Guys!

It so admirable that in time of uncertainty few some company are surviving and was able to take lots of agents on their boat. Well, good luck to the company and the new agents. I just wish everything will pick up again in real state sales. I guess lots of moneyed people will buy property, its a good investment. I have been to Sunriver many of times on vacation. It is a beautiful place for vacations I can only imagine how nice it would be to live there year around.
Sunriver seems like such a family-oriented place. Great for young families with kids full of energy. All those fishing, boating and other fun-filled activities can surely keep them busy.
Sunriver is such a nice area. My grandparents used to live there and we loved going to visit them because it was such a great place to spend our time.
It is a beautiful place for vacations I can only imagine how nice it would be to live there year around. Great job on the expansion.
