And we think people don’t notice things! Someone will notice, no matter how large or small.
Remember the good old days when you didn’t have to say, “not a short sale” on a listing? I think back just a few years ago when most people didn’t even know what a short sale was, including me!
We just started seeing short sales in Hawaii last year but suddenly they are all over the place.
Hawaii real estate nailed it - a “short sale” used to be when a new listing went under contract very quickly!

I love Bend, Oregon! It’s a great place to ski. I also like hiking in the summer. This would be a nice second home.

What a beautiful home..wish we could get that pricing on that beautiful of a home here in northern California. Some parts are creeping into that range but not nearly as beautiful home as this, especially it not being a short sale. Very nice.

I’m assuming that these kind of sales are still happening? Oregon didn’t have such a severe decline as other areas.

I think that price is just right for this type of house. Its has a terrific design in the inside base on the photo. Beautiful home with a reasonable price a great investments.

wow. looks so open and light! im surprised this hasnt sold sooner! for the price its amazing. my mom moved to bend a few years ago and love it. its a great area.
This really looks good. The design and the color of walls is refreshing in the eyes. I also like the custom rock fountain because I like nature. This is really a great buy.
