Very nice looking sample property report ….with a report that looks that well done, you should get a lot of sign ups! I sell RE in Jupiter, Florida and use Altos Research for my reports, but those are some of the best looking reports I have seen :).
That is an impressive report. In Utah we just updated our MLS site, but nothing compared to that report. Is it an exclusive Prudential report or is it from your MLS?

i have to admit, this one’s very interesting. speaking for myself, i really don’t have any idea about home values and all that and with this kind of technology, it’ll make it easier for me to know the whole details about home values with no sweat.

This would be a useful tool. The press has distorted the true picture of the market for Idaho homes.
For example, they say that average home sale prices have gone down, but they fail to report that fewer upper end sellers are putting their homes on the market.

This is a very impressive report. I have always though that the West Coast was highly underated with areas as beautiful as Washington and Oregon. Anyone else agree with me on that one?
