Looks like a nice listing. That seems like a pretty low price, hopefully you will be able to move this one. This home looks like its still pretty new. Down here in Texas, we have had some trouble with these lower priced new developements. When the subprime loans were being handed out to anyone with a heartbeat, a lot of these type of developements started popping up. The easy loans created a lot more housing demand especially in these lower end price points. Now that its tougher to get loans, these developements have gotten in trouble.
